Arrived 30 minutes early for the Jeff Dunham show at the Nutter Center. We've been in traffic for over 30 minutes, the show just started, and we are no where near close to parking, let alone walking the mile from the lot to the entrance. This will be the last time I see a show at the Nutter Center.
Business response:
Jess - The show has not started yet. Due to the traffic, they are postponing the start time until at least 3:30. Once you are parked, there are shuttles that will take you directly to the building.
Attended on December 2, 2017 for a Transiberian Orchestra concert. Spent 1 hour within 2 miles of the venue on the highway. Obviously they didn't feel the need to contact local/state police that this could cause issues on the highways. Parking unorganized with shuttles. 20 minutes late to the concert, missing the beginning. Emailed them afterwards with my dissatisfaction and received a condescending reply with no apology. Never again.
I would give zero stars if I could. We arrived an hour early but it took us 40 minutes just to drive less than a mile from the highway. The parking lot was snow covered which made it impossible to park in any sort of order. The event started 45 minutes late because of the disorganization. Getting out of the parking lot was equally a nightmare. There are no signs or markings are cars are just sitting in all directions and not moving. We drove from Cincinnati, but the next time we will attend events in our own city... At least... read more
I will never buy a ticket to anything here again. They only let people enter the parking lot in one spot. It's ridiculous. We sat in traffic for an hour.
Hara arena was the best place for concert or anything
My family and I attended the Globe Trotters tonight. The show it’s self was entertaining as expected but sadly we could not hear a thing in the arena. The sound was so low we had to guess what they were saying during their skits and our children as well as the families around us too were very confused & disappointed. We were truly hoping to hear the show as well as watch it.
On Saturday Dec 2 I attended the Trans Siberian Orchestra show. The 3:00 show. They we awesome, loved the show. All the ushers that helped me to my seat were wonderful. My one complaint is, I came in from gate 9. I were probably 40 mins early before they were letting people through security. BUT, they were letting people use the restrooms without going through the metal detectors or checking their purses. Some women had big purses, who knows what could have been taken to the restrooms & hidden. In this day & age we can’t be ... read more
