Bought a car from him years ago undet rhe vonsition he would fix the rust when an appointment became available. Hes been dodging my calls ever since. The one time he answered after the exhaust completely fell apart after 8 months, he yelled and swore at me before saying he would get the rust fixed or give me cash instead if I decided not to get the exhaust fixed.
