Dr. Eisner was very nice and does really nice work. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Totally disappointed.. my mom miss her appointment because she was really sick , I try to reschedule an appointment and a ladie from that office they can not accept my mom anymore... I ask her if I can talk to the dentist or manager about the cause of my mom absent appointment and missing phone calls she totally refuse to help us... I wouldn’t recommend any one ??? totally nasty customer services ??
Staff is rude and nasty!! Only cares about money!! Find someone else that will do what is best for you and not their pocket!
I had a root canal treatment by Dr. Eisner. He numbed me and the procedure went very well. I did not even feel the shot because he gives it very slowly and in stages. If you need a root canal Dr. Eisner is the dentist to see. I recommend Dr. Eisner, he was great.

I had 1 rear tooth root canal preformed by Dr. Eisner. As soon as I sat down in his chair he put me at ease with his chairside manners. Before the procedure he made sure that I was totally numb first he used the gel to make sure I didn't feel the novocaine injection and I had no issues or pain whatsoever. with both his chairside manner and gentle hand Dr. Eisner made this a painless procedure.
I waited 1 month for a root canal. Meanwhile, I was taking antibiotics and pain killers. Finally the day before my appointment they call and cancel. I then had to wait almost 2 weeks for another appointment. 6 weeks in pain and agony taking pain killers and antibiotics The are cruel they do not care (just plain evil). There are many other endodontics find someone else don't go there.
In continuation of my root canal...when I arrived I was nervous, Dr. Eisner applied numbing gel, waited a few minutes and picked up the needle. Dr. Eisner said, "when you are ready dear." I said give me a few I'm nervous and I started to cry. Dr. Eisner raised his voice and said, "You are twenty five minutes late what else do you want." I told him he didn't have to be aggressive with me. Dr. Eisner got up shut off the lights and said, "I just decided not to service you." I said may I ask why
When I said that I was going to post a negative review, she said go ahead. They knew that I needed a root canal because I needed dental clearance for major heart surgery coming up, but they refused to find an opening for me. Also, they claimed that they sent paperwork to my cardiologist for an authorization, and the cardiologist never received the paperwork. So if they delay my life saving surgery, I am totally blaming them. Dr. Eisner is also pretty unprofessional for undisclosed reasons.
