They don’t even deserve one star. Absolutely awful medical professionals. We were referred here by our dentist for a root canal. My daughter was in pain and they told me they weren’t taking new patients and to maybe try back in 3 months. Followed up at my regular dentist who told me to try again because he had referred other people after me that they had taken. Horrible and nasty staff! Unprofessional!! I am not sure how this office is still in business. Stay far away!
Insensitive and incompetent office staff. Given appointment for 7:45am root canal. I arrived to locked doors and no one in the office. Eventually an office worker and dentist arrived LATE and did not have my appointment in the system. Both doctors are responsible for hiring and employing incompetent staffers who show up for work but don't do their job. Grade F - Not recommended.
No stars ! Rude & extremely unprofessional “Dr. Eisner” kicked me out after numbing me since I’m emotional about needles/ drilling. I can pull my self together & get through. But you , ill- mannered & extremely disrespectful . What makes you so high up you get to talk to patients that way ??? Ripped bib off my neck so aggressively almost ripped my earring out. So glad I’m out of there. Stay away from this uncouth place. Also , Waited 2 months for this useless appt. Nasty nasty person !
I recently had a root canal performed by Dr. Eisner and I was extremely pleased with the results. It was on a tooth to which my very expensive bridge was attached. My periodontist recommended that I see an endodontist who specializes in this kind of work. I was very lucky to find Dr. Eisner. I highly recommend him.
Never got to the doctor! When I made the appointment I specifically asked if they accepted my dental plan and was told yes. After waiting two weeks, I was called the morning of the appointment to tell me they did not accept the plan! No effort was made to accommodate me. Wasted two weeks and now have to waste more time finding another provider.
As someone who is generally nervous about dental procedures, Dr. Eisner made me feel at ease and very comfortable. I can’t praise Dr. Eisner enough for the care and expertise he gave me during my root canal procedure. He is highly skilled and calm. The injection and the entire procedure was painless. I was finally feeling back to normal and without pain very quickly. If you need a root canal, Dr. Eisner is the best!
Great doctor, great office staff. Doctor Eisner is completely painless, calm and a true expert. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend for root canal treatment.
