Warm, Friendly, and Caring Dentist. Dr. Eisner always caters to our needs. He had a rough receptionist that retired a while back. Her replacement is wonderful. Dr. Eisner has been my dentist the past 10 years and my wife's for many more. We only have praise for him.
Customer service rep were extremely rude over the phone and they will either leave you on hold or hang up on you. It is difficult to get through and when you do get through, their tone and way of speaking to you is just inappropriate. Whoever that is really dont love their job or perhaps in the wrong work field
