Dr. Eisin and staff are awesome! Having high anxiety and needing gum grafting on 2 front teeth was scary for me but Dr. Eisin explained everything to me, understood my anxiety, and cared how I felt. It was a very good experience for me and fairly painless. I chose to have anesthesia because of the time frame of surgery. . I would highly recommend this office. Dr. Eisin is nice and does spend time with her patients. Although I presented a difficult to solve problem for her she attempted to help me the best she could. Unfortunately my flap procedure performed by her failed and left me with further damage and potential for tooth loss. My follow up appointment a year later was also cancelled by her office staff.
Dr. Eisin and her staff are all extremely helpful and positive. I have never had a better experience at any other dental office. 10/10 would recommend!
If I could give this doctors place 0 stars I would. I would never recommend this place EVER. I was referred to Dr. Eisen by my regular dentist and I wish I could get the three years back since. There are so many other places in Grand Rapids that are WAY better. Trust me, I have gotten three consultantions since leaving. If you want horrible communication and never knowing what is actually going on then I would recommend this place. I had a gum graft done a month ago and never once saw Dr. Eisen.
