I have twins that are under there care. I been very satisfied with the friendly and curious was they treat their patients. They are very informative with the progress of their patients. Always a pleasant atmosphere and a pleasure to visit.
Dr Eisenstein and his staff are the best! Dr Eisenstein took the time to answer our questions and discuss the treatment plan for our son. The assistants and front office are always friendly and helpful and we are so pleased with our son's progress in such a short time.
I recently had my older braces removed by these guys. Because i heard about their plans and the damon brackets being amazing. But one thing i noticed about them at their woodstock location is that they very easy to work with and made every step simple as simple can get. Starting from Mrs. Darcy and Mrs. Cindy at the front desk, to Kaci and Kaitlyn the assistants for Dr.E. are great people and know exactly what needs to be done. I recommend anyone on a budget especially to let this team fix your smile.
We keep people smiling as soon as they walk in the door until the walk back out, each day. I have not heard one person not proud of their teeth at the end of treatment. That is why I am proud to be a part of the Eisenstein family. We take people's already beautiful smiles and make them even more wonderful.
After waiting an hour and 15 minutes on our first visit to get our child's braces on, we showed up on Friday AM with our first "emergency" only to find out that you are closed. Your voicemail service AND your FB page state that you are open 9-4 on Friday. So, we called the after hours number...straight to the Dr's cellphone, where we were told "no, we aren't open on Friday's. The answering service states that on the message."
