Always professional and thorough. Great bed side manners. Dr. Was attentive. XRay technician was impeccable. Only issue is the long wait at peak hours. A tribute to their fastidious care. Five stars.
FYI this trash place doesn’t take HMO or Cal Optima. When I presented my Cal Optima and Anthem HMO cards to the person at check in she looked at me like I was garbage and pushed my Cal Optima card back at me like it was spoiled food. When I initially asked her if they took Cal Optima she responded “is that state insurance” with a smirk. How does an Urgent Care not even take HMOs?
