Unfortunately, I feel that internal politics come before patient care. Precertification was not requested in a timely fashion resulting in a last-minute change in physician. During the delays, my insurance coverage ended. The physician's office knew of my deadline.
RecommendedThe best ever! I'm so grateful for this place. They have done excellent surgeries. They are kind gentle and appropriate. I'd say that I would rather be treated here than anywhere else.
If this rating needs stars it gets one. I am currently a patient here and it has been a nightmare. If I could be transferred immediately, I would be. JFK is preferable to what I have experienced here. It started in the ER and has gotten worse from there. I am dealing with multiple doctors and the only one who cares is the surgeon. The only good thing since I have been here are my nurses. The majority of them are absolutely amazing, compassionate and caring...for that I am grateful.
