Terrible experience they where acting like a therapist and treating me for my supposed alcohol withdrawal went I went in for my head injure and epilepsy. They did an MRI and egg for what they didn't resolve anything, they where talking about maybe I have an alcohol withdrawal or benzo withdrawal but yet they gave me a bunch of Valium which is a benzo. I had some imaging done two weeks ago NOBODY called to say anything. I finally looked on MyChart and saw I needed additional imaging. I called and spoke to Sunshine I asked why nobody has called and asked to make an appt she was rude and disrespectful. She stated she needs my doctor to approve the additional imaging. I called my doctor and they told me they just got off the phone with her. My doctor stated Sunshine just called them and stated they need a signature to get the additional imaging. I can't maintian a PCP for myself or my son because after one or two visits the doctor is no longer with Eisenhower medical , only then to be kicked back into the patient pool and wait more months to schedule a new patient visit etc etc ...what a waste. Fast forward to me finding a growing mass in my armpit. PCP (now not in the eisenhower network) reccomends me to dermatology to look at it ...my Eisenhower dermatologist cancels all his appts for personal reasons ....only to be kicked into the pool again and sent to Eisenhowe... read more
