Dr Cassim is amazing !! Hes so knowledgeable and cares and genuinely wants to help you !
Dr. Deep Patel is wonderful. She cares and is gentle. She reviews procedures I have had done at USC, and is willing to follow my previous pain doctor. I am so happy to have her. She was hard to find, but worth the drive and I respect her. She listens, caring and what more can I say.
Dr Wong is compassionate and knowledgeable. Explains well and answers all my concerns. I couldn’t be in better hands
This review isn't so much about care. But appt that was supposed to be made and it wasn't i showed up and was told I dint have an appt. I called the nurse twice who never returned my call. The front desk was also suppose to call back to see about getting my husband in wit a nurse practioner. That never happened. This was month ago. I was asked to be put on a wait list for a sooner appt. I appreciate they did. They sent an email to long into My chart. We'll the portal is having issues so that was useless. Every experience I've had with the Eisenhower Medical staff is professional, competent, and just plain easy. No long waiting period. No snarky looks or behavior. And I believe that sufficient staff numbers make these experiences the norm. And the Doctors are also respectful and very competent. All these combined lead to the 5 star review.
