Very rude staff. She would not listen to me at all. I hope I am done with them.
Had been years ago for back issues-great doctor for that issue. Their front office/admin personnel are a mess. Recent visit was for severe left hip pain. Could not see doctor, had to see PA-not a big deal. Visit lasted 5-10 minutes-looked at xray, said no bone issue you have bursitiis-do these exercises. Pain did not go away, primary sent a referral back to them for an injection asap. Primary also sent one to sports medicine clinic, as he felt that may be a better choice. Fantastic group of competent folks and modern, clean facilities.
I am so impressed with the level of care I have received here at every step of the way, from caring, cheerful and professional people. The number of calls, texts, tests, meetings and classes both pre and post op gave me me real confidence that my surgery would be successful.
Very disappointed with this terrible location. I’ve had an appointment rescheduled 4 times already for my knee that’s been numb for months! Each appointment was set for the middle of the next month, absolutely ridiculous!
