EAMC Radiology – Walk-in for X-ray, checking in was easy with a CAC and the receptionists were friendly. Tech St. Laurent performed the x-rays. She was friendly, professional, and communicated well. The team had to retake an X-ray due to a machine issue but handled it well and got what they needed.
Saved my life on many occasions and always took care of my many needs active and as a veteran, even after the Army stop caring about my health even when i was active! #getdoe
I don’t know who was operating the appointment line today, but that lady needs a raise and a trophy because she’s probably the nicest person I’ve ever talked to on the phone since being here. You know who you are.
Making an appointment is a joke. 3 days for contact required.
Absolute embarrassment to the DOD as a whole how poorly this hospital is ran and how they treat patients. This place needs an audit and to be born again.
