I am extremely disappointed in his staff. I received a bill from his office. I called and told them to submit again to Medicare. I also called Medicare and they told me they never received the claim. I recalled his office on 7/27/2026 and spoke to his front desk person and I asked to speak to billing. I was told that person was not there. I told the front desk person what Medicare told me to have them do . I followed thru with Medicare today8/9/2026, to see if they resubmitted and i was told no.
