They sent a guy name Paco. He took a while to do the measurements. I let him do the job . And waited him downstairs. But after he left , I noticed my closet sliding door was open. I don’t know where his mind at? Is he here to do measurements or checking on my house? And I called the office 5 times the past one week. My quote and measurements never ready . Be aware who you invite to your house. Professional or criminal?

Had a technician take some measurements for a quote over two weeks ago and despite repeated follow-ups from me, I still haven’t received the quote. Perhaps business is so good that they don’t need new customers, but if this is their level of communication when trying to win my business, I’d hate to see what it’s like after I’ve paid them.

Richard (I think that was his name, might be wrong) and Javier were an absolute pleasure to have in my house to fix my windows. They worked quickly, were incredibly personable and we had pleasant conversation even as they worked. Only ding I can say is that Scott came out and told us 4-6 weeks for part delivery. I emailed him about 4 times to follow up at the 5-7 week mark and never got a response. But once I called we had our install scheduled within 3 days. Had all windows replaced in house in Laguna Niguel in summer of 2023. The kitchen was originally a bay/garden window which was removed and replaced with a regular sliding window. Stucco above and around window had to be repaired. Never had any leak problems in kitchen before window being replaced. After the 1st rains that year had a leak in kitchen. This review is not a reflection of the installers or the work they did. I ordered and had four Dutch door installed by Eisenbart. Despite being standard doors, they took six months from order to install. This included ordering the wrong door multiple times, and emails and phone calls going unanswered. I was continuously patient with this process. Seven months later, the paint on the doors is bubbling. I contacted them this week regarding the issues, but haven’t heard back yet.
