wonderful place to rent
Great company, great employees, great housing. ! They were so accommodating throughout my stay as well as being more than fair on their security deposit refunds. Their maintenance guys have been right there to check on any problem we may have. I would definitely recommend this company to any current or future EIU student!!
I rented from EIP for past two years. New owners are amazing people. They have the best properties and the best service. The entire time we lived there they always tried to ensure we were happy with the house and service. When they settled up with security deposit refund they again were very fair. We got more back than we deserved. Good people. Great properties
