I signed a service contract with Merlin HVAC. They sold to Einstine's Home Services. When you call the office number you get a bot that just sends you to the web to make an appointment. We have had 2 appointments so far this year and still haven't received service. The last appointment was a "no-call no-show," and I've had enough. I want a refund on the remainder of the service contract. I'll move on to someone who can provide the promised services.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY HAVE OWED ME $$$ FOR SOME TIME. CONSTANT PROMISES FROM THE OWNER, CARL, THAT HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES.
As a tech from a different hvac company with 9 years of experience it disheartens me to work after this company Einsteins and see that all they did to a customer was take advantage of his age and disability's and lie to him!!! They over charged them 2100 dollars for a motor that was under warranty through the manufacturer, sabotaged there wiring so when it came to heating they had no heat all to a man that was 80+ and had dementia!!!
