WARNING!! I had a very disappointing experience at this facility. At my first appointment, the doctor was distracted, rearranging the room and walking in and out while I was trying to explain my concerns. I was even cut off mid-sentence with "hold on one second," which made me feel like my issues weren't being heard. Later, I received conflicting information about my bloodwork. always in and out and Lindsey is so helpful with taking blood and checking me in smoothly
The receptionist have terrible customer service and the scheduling times are five months out. If you have questions or concerns they transfer you to the Q to wait forever and disconnect the phone. I never seen such terrible customer service and wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
