I got a physical done by my new primary here. The doctor or staff never bothered to update the portal and upload my records. I went there today to get a copy of my physical for a new job and they were closed despite Google saying they’re open 24 hours. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes with them and I don’t think I’ll get anybody answering me anytime soon. I was on hold for over 30 minutes earlier this week until I gave up.
Dr..Klinefleter is great. Stays on top of my needs and makes sure I follow up with her orders. I am never there long either.
This is the worst practice I’ve ever been to. After receiving concerning bloodwork results I called to seal with my doctor, and they did not return my call at all, for an entire month and after I called two more times. I finally had to come in person and find my doctor to find answers. Now, I’ve run out of my medication and after I requested a refill, and a message was sent to my doctor, nothing happened. No response. Still don’t have my medication. This practice is simply neglecting its patients.
Excellent care; the receptionists and staff were extremely helpful and so was Dr. Tchokoumi. Thank you!
