The plumbers were pretty bewildered I actually had another plumber out the night before and an irrigation guy out that morning, but unfortunately the other Boise plumber and irrigation guy assumed that the plumbing in my yard made sense. I own a small bar and grill and had an emergency during peak hours. The drain to my 3 compartment sink backed up and water was backing up onto the kitchen floor.The owner of the company actually answered the call at 8pm and asked me when was the last time I had my grease trap cleaned out. So-So I was having water pressure and hot water issues so I paid for an inspection and Water Heater Flush. I agreed to an increase because I have a tankless water heater which was fine but they were unable to do the service because I had the wrong connections. Then it was $90 more because I have a raised foundation and all my plumbing is underneath the house, the fee was for extra insurance or something. They arrived on time and quickly removed the old furnace. It took a good part of the day to put the new furnace, new venting, and new thermostat in. We had selected a higher end unit that used an advanced thermostat. One feature that sold us was the continuous fan option. Just had my furnace tune-up completed by Einstein Heating & Cooling. The process was great. I received a call the night before confirming my appointment. The next day, they had an earlier appointment available and called to see if I would like my appointment moved up. The plumber arrived promptly at the new time. Aaron came by on time and ready to work. He evaluated my furnace and told me it was too big for my sq footage. On my asking, he called his boss (Dwayne) and asked if I could trade down, since my unit is fairly new. The boss gave me an offer over the phone (which I have not taken yet). The Boise HVAC tech tried his best to get inside the furnace to adjust the gas flow, but was not able to do it, as the panel has been sealed shut. But he did try. Todd was able to make time for us when we needed a new water heater just one day before Thanksgiving. And on the very SAME DAY we had family visiting from out of town. The water heater was much less then I expected. We dicided to purchase a Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater. Which is an upgrade from our last water heater that was installed and purchased from home depot. We were given an 8 year warranty along with a 1 year install warranty.
Great company to work with On Saturday I called and talked to Ben, I told him our problem which was that the furnace would not stay on and heat continually. We had to keep resetting it, we had called the Boise heating and cooling company who had installed it 18 years prior and they came out and said it was a smart valve which would cost $800.00+ to replace and that it wouldn't guarantee that it would work.
