I called Einstein for a quote to replace a spigot since it was difficult to turn on and off. Jared came out within the hour and we were able to come to an agreement on the price. I met Tony after the job was completed. The quality of the work was outstanding. They both were very nice and professional. They are local in Albany and was convenient. I will be using them again for my future needs. I will definitely recommend them.
We were served by Jared. He was professional, polite and considerate of our space, careful to leave things as clean as when he showed up. We will certainly use Einstein in the future.
Einstein pro is good about answering calls and fitting us in so we dont have to wait along time to get work done. They work on many of our rentals. Tony and Jared are very friendly and good at communicating. Thanks for all your help.
Tony was great! I woke up in the middle of the night with my toilet running and the water valve no longer working. I contacted Tony and he was able to fit me in that morning. He was very professional, detailed, and efficient. He also made time to look at another less urgent plumbing need and made the repair. Im very happy I went with Einstein Pros and would recommend to others!
Our water heater ruptured unexpectedly today (Saturday), so we called Tony at Einstein Pros here in Albany, and he responded immediately. He made it to our house in under 20 minutes, and in less than 15 minutes of arriving, he had our water back up and running.
