I love this office and the people and doctors there however when trying to call the office i’m not able to get in contact i only get an answering machine that states they are closed and to call back during business hours (m-f 8a-5p) the times i’ve called have been on mondays at around 11am and again around 2pm saying they are closed when they are in fact not

The ABSOLUTE worst Doc office I have ever stepped foot in. Everything about the office is the worst. Workers at the front, docs in the back. Just shut it down and rebuild for some real WORKERS to do this place some justice

I called this location 10 times to check if the location does fertility test and to make a Pap smear appointments and couldn’t get a hold of no one at the front desk. I kept getting transferred to an operator who were not educated on what type of appointments is available at the location. It sucks that now I have to search for other locations and hope that I can get an appointment, when this is the location that has my records.

This location does a terrible job at answering phone calls. And the front desk receptionist has a nasty attitude. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME . There are other locations who would value patients or future patients.
