Best practice ever, Dr. Gelman is incredibly knowledgeable and is helping me during this difficult time of a Brain Injury recovery. I would recommend her to anyone who has a serious neurology condition.

Horrible I have been coming here for several years and this place has completely went down hill . It's a high turn over of doctors and the front desk office staff is rude and very disorganized and gossiops too much . You basically have to play phone tag with them to get a appointment even for established patients . And if you are relying on them to do a pior authorization for you then good luck often times its completed wrong or they did not provide the insurance with the information they asked for .This department needs to ... read more

I got my referral to see a neurologist. I have epilepsy and frequent ongoing migraines. I called the office during open hours and received a response from the answering service. The person told me they could leave a message for me but I’m not guaranteed to “get a call back” and said she would be honest and that the office rarely ever answers. I have never received any call back. Migraines are getting worse and need to find another neurology department. Literally seems impossible.

Absolutely AWFUL. I never have had such a difficult time working with healthcare specialists. I scheduled with them after a seizure because they could get me in the fastest and it was a huge mistake. Their office is poorly run, and trying to navigate everything I needed to do after having my seizure was made so much more difficult because of them. I have only seen the neurologist once, and maybe the doctors don’t know how terribly their office is run, but I am truly going to be filing a formal complaints because of it.
