Have had awful experiences on multiple visits with my elderly mother. She sat dehydrated for 5 hours in the ER without a drop of fluid. I finally had to have her transferred to Paoli. Then during an admission, they failed to change bandages on 3 biopsy sites for 5 days. The wound became infected with MRSA. Nursing staff were awful. One handed my mom's meds to a visitor to administer!

This hospital is beautiful. But the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I had my baby there in September and they are very unorganized.

I was extremely pleased with the care that my daughter in law and new granddaughter received from the staff at Einstein!! Every aspect of their care that I saw was EXCELLENT!!!! When I unexpectantly visited the ER in the spring, I also received great care!!!

Great facility and staff in the diagnostic imaging area. Lots of privacy. 3D imaging for mammograms is a big plus. Also, in and out in 15 minutes!

I hate the fact they *overtook* East Norriton Medical, and changed things, my Primary Physician left for another practice. I never received a notice of her departure in April. My prescriptions continued to be refilled until last week, with no notification from ENM. I called today twice, and they still have not called in my high blood pressure medicine. I'll never go back to this office or go to Einstein Montgomery.
