They put nearly $2000 worth of scratches into my brand new F150 when it went in for warranty service on my sunroof, I’ve been trying to contact them for 2 months and no one will call me back they say they will and no one does. I sent them an estimate after they told me to have one done. I will never bring my vehicle here again and I recommend everyone to steer clear of these guys as well. Very good experience, especially for buying a used car. Worked with Duran Graves, very friendly, professional, honest and accommodating. The vehicle we were interested in was everything he said it was, probably cleaner. Any questions we had were answered before we left the lot. Follow up calls were timely and appreciated. They bent over backwards to help us, and were fair on negotiating a price.
Wonderful experience buying a vehicle here! My first time buying a car from a dealer - everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. Duran Graves was an excellent salesperson, explained everything very well, and afterwards walked me through using the features (e.g. entertainment, phone, etc.). Would definitely recommend him and Einspahr!
