I do recommend Einspahr's Service Department. I have the habit of checking with them prior to wanting service or repair, and drop off the car, usually midway through the day prior to the service appointment, and several times, the repair or service are completed prior to the time scheduled. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the Ford-Pass Program. Giving a credit for services and parts in POINTS, is not what I'm impressed with. This dealership is top notch. When it came time for me to purchase a new car I knew right away I wanted to work with the folks at Einspahr. Peyton was super helpful and was willing to explain all of the features and the bells and whistles to me. They didn’t have exactly what I wanted on their lot...Matt and Peyton went above and beyond to find the perfect Ford Edge for me.
