Staff never respond to request for repairs, specifically carpets and padding. I've contacted all maintenance staff and no response, actually they dismiss and ignore people of color. Speak to all senior residents like they are children. Upper staff and owners don't want to spend money, I could on and on but they have bought new trucks, tractors etc. but they cannot replace carpets until 10 to 15 year.
Awful!! Stay away! They take your maintenance money and don’t do any repairs!!
The most (We had to give one star to submit) corrupt,unethical,organization I have ever come into contact with in all my years . They are money hungry and violate all Real Estate Laws. We are in the process currently Fall 2023 ,of doing a full investigation on the Principles of JMD,Staff,and Tenant Question are (A First). We are seeking to not only investigate but prosecute for ongoing bad practices. In closing,do not invest or do any business with Paul or Janet.
