This place has gotten worse and worse since they moved. 3 times in 1 year, they have incorrectly scheduled appointments (took off work for two of them), just to say they have no appointment. Even when I provide the appointment card and other documents showing, they refuse to acknowledge it. They also also sent me to the ER for a common issue (even the ER doctor asked why the pediatrician sent me to the ER...) which caused me to panic and waste a ton of money on an ER visit. Dr. Fox has always been thorough every time she has seen one of my children. All 4 of my kids go to her and I trust her judgement as a doctor. We have had a few doctors for our children and Dr. Fox has been the best when it comes to diagnosing and treating my children’s needs. We have two kids that receive therapy services. Dr. Fox’s office has always been very quick at sending referrals and orders. She isn’t a chatty Kathy, she’s a doctor. She does her job well!
