The employees here are nice, helpful, and knowledgeable and the store is well organized and clean. I went in wanting to upgrade my wardrobe but I'm totally clueless when it comes to fashion. They helped me choose some great pieces and I feel better about the first step towards a more sustainable wardrobe.
Well organized store with ample product. I was looking for petite clothing and the salesperson showed me their Basics line with in stock petites. Very nice. She also showed me how to identify the styles that can be special ordered in petite sizes. They are marked with a special tag. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Good quality clothing and will be returning often. Love Eileen Fisher.
Visited Eileen Fisher store after a haircut appointment at Phillips Place around 11:30 AM on Tuesday. There were racks in the back with sale with multiple signs stating “take an add’l 40% off sale price”. The young lady working there even showed me the racks! I thought… Yay, this is my lucky day as I saw many beautiful things!
