The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. All the advice they gave me was completely unbiased. They didn't try to force their opinions on me, and gave me genuine advice that was in my best interest. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I really liked they took the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits clearly. They made sure that I understood everything before I started treatment.

That about says it. Once you get in to see her, she is well-focused and helpful and makes the wait worth it. She communicaes a great deal of understanding and empathy and yet keeps an appropriate distance. That is hard to do. After getting past the long wait, the time with her is usually well spent.
