Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Absolutely not! I don't think they have one! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to!

Would you refer a friend or family member to this psychiatrist? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Are you going to visit this psychiatrist again? Not if my life depended on it

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! Only with clear directions Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.
