Our builder used this contractor for our windows and screens. Majority of the work was complete with the exception of the slider screen door and bonus room screen. We were told 6 weeks for the bonus room screen and they claimed the slider delivered and provided a photo of a box half the size of the slider (clearly it wouldn’t fit). I was looking for some very specific roofing material and called the Grand Rapids store, thinking I was calling the Traverse City location. The sales person who helped me bent over backwards to help me get the materials within a certain time frame. The prices were also very competitive. I couldn’t be happier with the transaction and will continue to use them as a resource for any future construction projects on my home. I’d rather give them my business a big box door.
