5 years in the "Emerald" floor plan. apartment has nice efficient fixtures and nice high ceilings. units named after gems have floor to ceiling windows that are very striking and insulate well. Over the time that I've lived here there have been several personnel changes. The current administration is doing great. they've got my vote. I hope they stick around.
As I’m moving out today, I wanted to make sure that I leave a five star review. I really enjoyed staying here over the past year. As a cmu student, commute was easier than I thought and it’s newer and more affordable than many apartments near campus. Sound proof is really good. Jordan and Rashuan have been incredibly helpful. Jordan has always been quick in responding to emails, fixing issues, and answering questions. Very efficient management team, genuinely recommend.

We have lived here since May, 2022 and could not be happier. Location and customer service are above and beyond expectations. All of the support staff are courteous, responsive and make every effort to make your home life wonderful. Example: We called yesterday about our clogged kitchen sink and within several hours maintenance came and attempted a liquid dissolver solution.
