I love Eight! Amazing, amazing fish. Great ramen. Extremely friendly staff.
A big shout out to eight sushi. Had my birthday dinner there and they were fabulous. We were even running late and they were so happy to have a eat there. Thank you so much you made my birthday awesome!!
The food and service here was top notch. The cocktails were good. We had a group of 14 for a holiday party and everyone loved!
We first went for New Year’s Eve this past year, and again on Saturday night. We sat at the sushi counter both times and had fantastic experiences both times! I love how creative they are with their dishes. We mainly ordered nigiri, but also tried a beef dish last time and ramen this time (love their sake as well). Super! Daniel was our server Saturday and he was very attentive and helpful, even as busy as they were! Perfection! Can’t wait to return!

Our hostess Ivy was great. We tried everything she suggested and everything was absolutely delicious.
Excellent all around. Toro, Salmon, spicy scallop hand roll and the salmon skin hand roll was off the chain!!!
