Terrible employee experience. They lied during the interview process then gaslit me into thinking I was in the wrong for being upset. Small company that feels very corporate despite what they say.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Eight Eleven Group is a textbook example of a recruiting agency that pretends to care about workers while actually doing everything in their power to please the hiring company at your expense. It started before I even began the job. Their recruiter reached out to me, excited about a role, and then proceeded to give me the wrong address to the job site and the wrong email address for the hiring manager. Very difficult to work with.
The Oktoberfest event you put on in Broad Ripple on October 4th was by far the worst cash grab experience I have ever been fooled into attending. All who worked on putting this together should be ashamed of themselves. Three food vendors (none of them German), 6 tables for an entire event, a $25 ticket, and an extremely overpriced plastic 20 oz “stein” is just ridiculous. Our eight eleven dining experience was amazing as usual. Cooper was great! He helped us pair the perfect wine with both of our meals!
