Owners need to know about this, very disappointed I drive all the way for hair cut this arvo as I checked on Google they are open until 5pm I entered in shop about 4:15pm even a guy wasn’t doing anything he said we are not taking customers anymore and there wasn’t anyone waiting. I think staff just want to go home early. I was their regular customer not going back again.
Heard good things but was very disappointed with the result. Showed the barber who seemed disengaged & not interested exactly what I wanted & he butchered it. Total let down.
I’m a fussy customer from Sydney, used to good barbers and high standards. Got a side fade and beard trim and was seriously impressed. Arakai (or close to it) was super quiet, focused, and clearly knows his craft. The attention to detail and symmetry was next level. He picked up on parts of my beard that were slightly asymmetrical and fixed things I didn’t even realise were off. Clean lines, balanced fade, sharp finish. Really great cut. Well done Arakai.
Today I had a young man cutting my hair. 4 months in to his apprenticeship and he was absolutely amazing! He was unsure about a couple of things and checked in with one of the more experienced guys who actually took the time to patiently explain, show him and then watch as he then did the rest by himself. One of the managers inspected and checked in to make sure I was happy with the cut. These guys are always awesome to deal with, there’s a chill atmosphere and I always walk out happy with the cut. Took my 12 year old grandson here the other day. His Dad had taken him before. It was really busy because of school holidays but still took hardly any time with the “put your name on the board” system. He showed the barber a photo of the cut he wanted. During the cut the barber asked if he wanted any art. He ended up with this amazing work of art and he loves it! We will be back. Fantastic local business.
