I toured this place a few days ago, and I must say, I was grossly disappointed. The lobby seemed very cluttered. The person giving the “tour” wasn’t even onsite. He gave me the tour over the phone. So I was there by myself as we were on the phone. The phone call kept dropping. Not sure if it was because there was an issue with service in the building or something on his end but nevertheless, it was frustrating. That wouldn’t have been an issue if he was actually onsite. Great apartment complex right where you'd want it in Royal Oaks. Plenty of parking in the back, good security measures, beautiful apartments with open layouts and lots of light. They allowed my husband and I to have our 65lbs dog stay as well, which is difficult to find locally. The manager was a delight and very helpful.
