Leased there for two years - great unit, great location, and Kevin is a fantastic super / building manager
I flew home early from a work trip to go to a tour at Eight 55. I had communicated via email to schedule the appointment with the manager Kevin Roseberry. We agreed on the date and time, which were quite specific dates. I hopped on my plane, flew home to Royal Oak, and Kevin was not in his office. He was not even at the building and proceeded to tell me that "he didn't have anything available." No cancellation, no nothing. Just a "sorry, yeah I don't have any two beds available." I toured this place a few days ago, and I must say, I was grossly disappointed. The lobby seemed very cluttered. The person giving the “tour” wasn’t even onsite. He gave me the tour over the phone. So I was there by myself as we were on the phone. The phone call kept dropping. Not sure if it was because there was an issue with service in the building or something on his end but nevertheless, it was frustrating. That wouldn’t have been an issue if he was actually onsite.
