Horrible customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Niel has not returned calls. Made promises to send an operational employee out to my house to resolve issue with our panels and has not done so. We have been trying to get it done before warranty is up, and he has not done it or contacted us in 21 days.
Horrible company...totally unprofessional. Did not finish job. Neil Meeks will not return calls, or messages, and makes false promises to correct things. In short do not do business with this company!!! The positive reviews posted earlier are probably friends or family so not credible. Hoping my future efforts will put this company out of business for everyone’s sake.
I had a wonderful experience with this solar company. They were prompt on all tasks. We were able to get our solar running within 30 days. We recommended them to my in-laws and they did an awesome job for them as well.
These guys aren't a huge company, which is what made them great. They were very attentive, informative and professional. I didnt feel like I was being rushed or pressured. They presented both the best options and pricing to fit my desired outcome. If you are looking for Solar you have to make sure you get a quote from them. -Very Happy
