I live at EIG apartments. We have assigned spaces.I let a friend park in my space. I did not give them my parking sticker to my friend, but I pay for the space and EIG never said we needed to give parking stickers to guest for them to park in our space. The tow company EIG uses towed my friends car and it cost almost 300 dollars. I just wish EIG communicated better.

My name name is Leisa Jones and i love my apartment at Kensington place EIG property management are nice friendly people and the maintenance is awsome they always come fast when there is a problem or i need something Fixed .Since they took over its a safe and all around nice place to live .Thanks EIG properties for making Kensington a nicer and cleaner ,safer place to live .....😀

Unfortunately I have to give them at least one star to make a review, they don’t even deserve that. this is by far, hands-down, the worst management company I have ever worked with. my experience with them was the worst experience that I myself or anybody I have talked to have ever heard of. I too had to make several attempts to reach someone at the office and when I did I was scheduled to meet with someone. Upon looking for the property it was very difficult. The picture looked nothing like the actual property. The actual property was an old run down hotel. After making several attempts to contact someone to inform them of my difficulties (which I was only a few minutes late) no one answered. I waited outside and still no one showed up or called me back. I even ran into tenants who gave me the best advice....do... read more

Have not yet had an experience with this company but after reading all the reviews makes my stomach sick! it is totally ridiculous that the law allow these people to just take people money when all we want is to rent a decent apartment, have a decent place to live what the hell is wrong with the system today? Nobody have money to throw away! These people have the audacity to charge a hefty $50 for an application fee!

I am so thankful for the folks that work for EIG. They guided me through the application process and got me settled into my new home within days. The convenience of being able to apply on-line, pay my rent electronically and place maintenance requests through a website is brilliant.

I own a building and I travel around the world and I use EIG to manage it for me. They really care about my building and have very experienced, professional staff. I dont have to worry about anything because I know my property is in good hands.
