Don't waste your time here for actual "repairs" if you are new to them. They are too busy and arrogant one or two man shop to help with REAL problems or take on new customers it seems. They seem to have all the business they need. Monday-Thursday only shop. Good for your general Lexus maintenance for long time clients I am sure! The good reviews seem to show that.
