Don't waste your time here for actual "repairs" if you are new to them. They are too busy and arrogant one or two man shop to help with REAL problems or take on new customers it seems. They seem to have all the business they need. Monday-Thursday only shop. Good for your general Lexus maintenance for long time clients I am sure! The good reviews seem to show that. Eiffel always does great work, they give you a fair price and most importantly they are always honest and upfront. I don't feel like I'm being cheated or that he's adding on extra work to squeeze more money out of me.
I will never take my car anywhere else to have it serviced.
