I had a terrible experience with an insurance company, or rather, their salespeople who were only interested in making a quick buck. They quoted my mother for a price for commercial insurance, but things went downhill when they submitted the wrong address on the form. Instead of rectifying their mistake, they tried to charge her $100 extra, even though the purchase was supposed to be finalized.
