My wife and I tried to get a quote from this insurance agency and were kind of bummed by the unprofessionalism of one of the associates. We had to call them more than twice and they basically blew us off with a cut and paste email saying we did not qualify with no paperwork. Although we had three small claims in three years, they could have been a bit more professional and put in a call to us. The email also stated good luck with your surgery and we never even said anything about a surgery. Surgery?.....And to end they never... read more
