The roof leaks at the Octave too. First time buyer, not impressed.
They built The Corey in Trinidad in DC. The roof leaks and we are currently battling because apparently it’s our fault.
Eichberg would not share or simply did not know who installed the washer/dryer unit in my condo that they built. The installers did a faulty job and caused a leak which caused over $5,000 in damage. Eichberg would not reveal who installed the WD stack, nor admit any fault. They were non-responsive at times to emails. I wouldn't recommend any dealings with them in the future.
