They pay the vendors very little to do the work. (less than half the "cupon" price) The vendor doing the work takes a loss on every service call. Best bet is to use a company with its own equipment. The service will be better, you get what you pay for.
Good carpet cleaning My overall feeling if very good. I was happy with the two young men who did the cleaning. I value the complimentary spot remover.
