I had one of their door to door sales rep knock on my door, told him four times I was not interested and he keep talking. He basically ignored what I was saying and keep pushing, I finally had to raise my voice and tell him I was going to get rude and raised my voice to get him to go away. Sorry I would never use their services after witnessing one of their trucks driving recklessly & aggressively on 64.
Charged me almost $200 for initial visit for regular pest control. The next month charged me $50 and did not show up to the appointment. So for one spray, exterior only, I paid $250. Avoid this company at all cost. Learned my lesson the hard way. Go with an honest local small company.
Shane has been my Pest tech for a long while. He is very knowledgeable and respectful every visit. He goes the extra mile to make sure he communicates issues and concerns to help insure my stores is taken care of.
Shane Robbins is an excellent service technician and his efforts are greatly appreciated.
