Wasted two hours of my time. I scheduled a time slot for an initial assessment (termites vs ants) and they offered me a 90-minutes slot on Memorial Day. I thought this was unusual, and pointed this out to them, but they said that someone was working that day and would be at my house. No call, no show. I called afterwards and said that no one had showed, and they said it was because it was a holiday. Well, duh!! They didn't offer an apology or a discount, and essentially blamed me for their scheduling snafu.
To be upfront and clear for this review, the serviceman never ended up making it to my house, so it’s possible this company does fantastic work, but the experience I had today caused me to want to share this review and utilize another exterminator. I had scheduled an appointment for this company to take care of a birds nest in my bathroom vent. I would like to share with you the experience I had with your call center. I was ready to terminate my account of over 25 years with Ehrlich, if it weren’t for the great service that Paul Giandiletti our service tech provided. On the morning of May 17th I had an incredible infestation of ants, like none of which I have ever had before. The ants were coming in infesting my carpets, couches, and kitchen. The visit was very informative. My technician allowed me to go along on his inspection of the bait stations and explained the process. He answered my questions readily and made me feel like a valued customer.
