When I reached out to their Complaint Handler, Melvin Washington, I received the following response: "Stop Emailing me. Not interested!" I would like to share with you the experience I had with your call center. I was ready to terminate my account of over 25 years with Ehrlich, if it weren’t for the great service that Paul Giandiletti our service tech provided. On the morning of May 17th I had an incredible infestation of ants, like none of which I have ever had before. The ants were coming in infesting my carpets, couches, and kitchen.
