Charged me for services. Never came then, never called me back, then Just ghosted me and stop communication. Going through my bank to dispute charges now. Customer service is not Very good from the office side. I've never met the technician but doesn't seem like a bad person. Sounds like the red tape and poorer customer service comes from ehrich's main office and sale people..
