I called Ehrlich Pest Control for a massive yellow jacket colony in my kitchen walls. They were incredibly responsive, and their technician, Allan, was informative and extremely professional and thorough. Allan gave me his personal cell for any necessary follow up questions or concerns and came back out two days later to double check the basement area and re-treat any areas of possible entry because I am incredibly allergic and was afraid to go downstairs myself. This was our first time reaching out to Ehrlich Pest Control, we had a yellow jacket issue located in the siding of our home. Scheduled them to come out the next day, we were on our way out of town for the weekend, and that was that. Cut to Monday, yellow jackets are still buzzing. I called to inquire and was told that the date had been changed to the next week, without any communication to us.
