My technician, Chad, is knowledgeable and courteous, I have continued to use Terminix for years
Charles is a great technician! Always is constantly communicating with us what he is doing and what needs to be done. Very thorough. Always taking care of our needs. After they switched Charles from our location everything went downhill! The current technician does not do his job at all! I have called the company 4 times in 3 weeks still waiting on a call back. We are going to cancel our business with this company. 0 out of 5 stars.
The same service technician, Daniel Brown, has been doing our home pest control for seven years now. He’s extremely hardworking, reliable, educated, thorough, and kind! If it were not for his service, then we might not keep our regular services. The company we used before our service with him began sent a different technician every time. This wasn’t ideal.
