Had our first treatment for carpenterants.we only saw one here or there every few weeks in our house. 10 days after treatment we had several in the kitchen. And had received a bill, for 2 treatments, due upon receipt. Have not and will it allow a second useless treatment from them. Still have to.pay $250 because a technician came out. "Even if it did not do what we expected" Ehrlich means honest in german. That's why I chose them. Bad decision. I hate to write bad reviews.
