The company went out of their way to make sure my job was done quickly. When the original tech was held up at an earlier location, they sent another, even though it was a small job. I'm glad I didn't have to reschedule. Thanks

Does not come out for simple free job estimates. Only gives blanket answers: $160/hr plus parts. Estimate visit and assessments appears to be a task equal to a service call charges. It appears that the only way one gets a free estimate is when client allows the project to be performed and completed first.
